I'm Ariana Berry

Founder of NeatDrive. Operations architect who builds systems that make teams work better.
I spent years as a Systems Architect and Director of Business Operations — mapping processes, centralizing documentation, and fixing the operational friction that quietly slows teams down. The most consistent problem I found? Google Drive. Everyone had one. Almost no one could navigate it.
NeatDrive exists because unmanaged Drive is where productivity goes to die. I built it to give teams read-only visibility, clean-up workflows, and governance without the fear of accidental deletes.
My Story
Every organization I've worked with has had the same problem: Google Drive mess.
As a systems architect, I fix operations — document processes, centralize knowledge, reduce tool chaos. Every engagement ended with the same discovery: there was a Google Drive. It was a mess. People had stopped trusting it. Shared drives full of files named 'Final_FINAL_v3' and folders nobody remembered creating.
Cleaning it up required someone with courage, a lot of time, and no fear of breaking things...so it never happened.
NeatDrive is what I built to solve it. It gives teams a read-only audit of their entire Drive, surfaces folders and files taking up space or sitting untouched, and provides a structured cleanup workflow. No accidental deletes. No scary admin tools. Just visibility and control.
