NeatDrive is a Google Drive cleanup and governance tool that scans your Drive in read-only mode to identify duplicates, risky shares, and organization issues. We provide reports and recommendations to help you clean up your Drive.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Google account credentials.

Users agree not to use NeatDrive to access or scan Drives they do not own or have explicit permission to access.

Users are responsible for backing up important files before using any cleanup features.

Limitation of Liability

NeatDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of the service. Always maintain backups of important files.

Intellectual Property

The NeatDrive service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to NeatDrive at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
