NeatDrive ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Drive cleanup service.

What We Collect

When you use NeatDrive, we collect:

  • Account information (such as your email address and basic account identifiers)

  • Google Drive file metadata (such as file names, file types, sizes, created/modified dates, folder paths, and sharing or permission indicators)

  • Usage and diagnostic data (such as pages visited, actions taken in the app, and error logs)

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect:

  • The contents of your files (we do not read or store your document text, images, or file bodies)
